1. Overview

Intelligent SaaS considers refund requests for genuine cases involving Notem subscriptions, AI credit subscriptions, one-time AI credit packs and Pay As You Go / Notem Balance. Approval is not automatic, and this Policy does not limit mandatory refund or cancellation rights under applicable law.

2. Paddle's role

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through Paddle. Paddle processes payment methods, applicable transaction taxes, invoices, subscriptions, and approved transaction refunds. If a refund is approved or legally required for a Paddle transaction, it is submitted through Paddle to the original payment method where supported.

3. Requests we consider

We consider the circumstances of requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, material technical or service issues that prevented meaningful use, subscription charges, and unused or affected Notem Balance or AI credits. For AI credits, we consider the affected purchase, credits used and reported issue. We may consider account usage, the timing and nature of the issue, previous refunds, and evidence of fraud or abuse. A change of mind or failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically require approval, but we will review genuine circumstances and all rights required by law.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@notem.live.
  2. Provide the email address for your Notem account and enough information to identify the purchase, such as the Paddle transaction or invoice reference.
  3. Explain the charge and the reason for your request.
  4. Notem will review the circumstances and may request reasonable additional information.
  5. If approved or legally required, a Paddle transaction refund will be processed through Paddle.

Do not email your full card number, CVV, password, or other sensitive payment credentials. Notem support does not need them.

5. Processing and timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly, but review time depends on the circumstances. Once submitted through Paddle, the time for funds to appear depends on Paddle, the payment method, and your financial institution. Paddle currently indicates that card refunds commonly take several working days and other methods may vary.

6. Effect of a refund

A full or partial refund may reduce or remove the related plan entitlement, plan allowance, associated AI credits, Notem Balance, or service access where appropriate. Historical notes and account access remain governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy. Refunds do not themselves delete an account. Cancelling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Credit expiry does not guarantee a refund; mandatory rights remain unchanged. AI credit refunds affect related credits, not unrelated meeting allowances or PAYG funds.

7. Mandatory rights and contact

Nothing in this Policy excludes refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact support@notem.live for help. For Paddle transactions, you can also contact Paddle buyer support; Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable buyer rights also apply.

Notem is operated by Intelligent SaaS, a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
